Darkfall has six playable races which are divided into three factions. Racial choice does not heavily influence character choices or progression options, which is unlike other MMORPGs. More than 95% skills can be learned no matter which race you are. Each and every race in Darkfall has its own unique storylines, histories and racial alliances. In darkfall, you are allowed to form mixed-race clans of opposing factions, but adjustments made on racial alignment are always effective.
