Darkfall game is quite different from other massive multiplayer games, because it is real-time with fast-action combat. Some of basic controls are foreign to players with a previous MMO background. The following basic controls are for a starting player to master. W-key is to move forward, A-key is designed to strafe left, moving backwards is by clicking S-key while D-key is to strafe right. Moving your mouse enables you to choose the direction your player-controlled character is heading. this works whether you are standing still or you are moving. You are able to move back and forth by clicking right mouseclick. As for the F-key, if you need to talk to a non-player character you can run up to him and press the F-key.
