CCP Games is again holding the EVE Online Alliance Tournament which pits the top pilots against each other for a huge prize. The final weekend will be broadcast live on EVE TV and over sixty four alliances will compete for three weeks leading up to the finals. Teams fight to the death in player vs player space battles with 20 pilots on the battlefield at a time.
This is the 7th time the Eve Online Alliance Tournament has been held. It is scheduled for September 2009. There is a 2 billion ISK signup fee but many prizes such as 128 Billion ISK given out to winning teams.
