- If your account is banned we will give you a full refund and complete your order on a new account provided by us. We play your account the same way you do, have never used automation tools (such as bots), and do not intend to. Due to our natural play style (and common sense) we have successfully completed 1152 orders with no resulting bans.
- You will receive a daily status update showing the progress we have made. You will always know what is going on, and if you have a question simply respond to the email and expect a reply within an hour.
- You will receive all gold and items looted from the drop. We do not give you X amount of gold and sell the rest to offer what seems to be a better deal.
