Power-leveling is a process of gaining skills and experiences points. When it comes to multi-player games, Power-leveling is necessarily or at least most frequently used. It refers to a player with greater power assisting a player of much lower power in defeating enemies that are far too powerful for the low-level player to conquer, but that are easily and quickly killed under the help of the more powerful player. Tanking is another meaning of the practice, during the period a more powerful player will take action similar to the real world counterpart by protecting the less powerful player from defeating, thus enabling him to beat the high level challenge in the free-worry environment without penalties associated with such challenges. By defeating high level challenges with the help provided by high level player, experience points are added to the lower level player rapidly.
